The KL08 has a circular platform 185 cm in diameter with non-slip chequer plate, benches arranged around a central post and a sturdy outer handrail for children to hold on to. It is made of metal, aluminium and plastic; the metal parts have a durable powder-coated finish.
The roundabout is anchored with a central ground anchor set in concrete; the concrete must cure before first use. A clear safety zone 585 cm in diameter must be kept around it; a well-kept lawn is a sufficient surface. The minimum load capacity is 150 kg.
It is available with a red frame and blue seats. It is designed for children aged 3 to 12 and is TÜV SÜD certified to EN 1176.
Installation can be carried out by a competent person following the manufacturer’s instructions, or we can arrange it for an extra charge – see Roundabout installation.
The central ground anchor is set in concrete, which must cure before first use. If we arrange the installation, anchoring is included in the quote.
A clear area 585 cm in diameter must be kept free of obstacles around the roundabout. A well-kept lawn is a sufficient surface; on busy playgrounds we recommend rubber tiles across the whole safety zone.

Installation we can arrange for this product
Playground equipment for children aged 3 to 12. It must be installed by a competent person following the manufacturer’s instructions; the roundabout must be firmly anchored and must not be used until the anchor concrete has cured. Keep a clear safety zone 585 cm in diameter around the roundabout and use a suitable impact-absorbing surface. Children should use the roundabout under adult supervision and must not spin it at excessive speed. The operator must carry out regular inspections and maintenance in accordance with EN 1176-7; do not use damaged equipment.
