Withdraw from the contract online

Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer and ordered the goods online, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, take possession of the goods; for goods delivered in several parts, after the day on which you take possession of the last part. Purchases made with a company ID (businesses, municipalities, schools and other organisations) and orders agreed on the basis of an inquiry and a quote are governed by the terms agreed in the quote.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform the seller – Miroslav Sádlík s.r.o., Slovenská 910, 685 01 Bučovice, Czech Republic, e-mail: sadlik@play4kids.cz – of your decision to withdraw by an unequivocal statement (for example a letter or e-mail). You may use the online form or the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is the earliest. Please send back or hand over the goods to us at the address above without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days after the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Roundabouts, spring riders and other bulky goods cannot normally be returned by post because of their nature; the estimated cost of returning them is [TO BE COMPLETED: estimated return transport cost]. We will be happy to help you arrange the return. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning – for example traces of installation or anchoring.

When withdrawal is not possible

Under Section 1837 of the Czech Civil Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply, among other cases, to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised (for example a product in a colour or size made to order).
