Privacy policy
This is a translation for information purposes; in the event of any discrepancy, the Czech version prevails.

2. What data we process and why
Orders and performance of the contract – name, billing and delivery address, e-mail, phone, for businesses and organisations their name, company ID and VAT ID, and details of the goods ordered, delivery and payments. The legal basis is the performance of the contract and steps taken prior to entering into it (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Inquiries – the data you enter in the inquiry form: name, e-mail, phone, organisation and company ID, installation site, planned timing, requirements for delivery, installation and ground, note, attached files (photos or site plans), the selected mode “For the garden / For towns and cities” and the website language. We use the data to prepare a quote and to negotiate the order. The legal basis is steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Please do not include data in attachments that we do not need for the quote (for example photos of people).
Contact form, e-mail and phone – the data you provide so that we can reply. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering questions (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) or steps prior to entering into a contract.
Legal obligations – we keep accounting and tax documents for the period required by tax and accounting regulations. The legal basis is compliance with a legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
Legitimate interest – defence of legal claims, protection of the website and forms against misuse and spam (technical data such as IP address, time of submission and browser data) and reasonable direct marketing to customers, which you can opt out of at any time (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Consent – sending news and offers if you have expressly ticked the consent box in the inquiry form, and storing analytics or marketing cookies. Consent is voluntary and can be withdrawn at any time (by e-mail, via the link in a commercial message, or for cookies via “Cookie settings” in the website footer).
3. Who we share data with
We share data only to the extent necessary with the following recipients:
- carriers – name, delivery address and phone to deliver the consignment,
- installation companies – where installation is part of the order: name, contact details and installation site,
- banks and payment service providers – to process payments,
- our accounting service provider,
- our hosting provider, the operator of the e-commerce platform and our e-mail service provider,
- the provider of spam protection for forms (for example Cloudflare Turnstile), if enabled.
We do not transfer data to countries outside the EU/EEA unless a specific service requires it; in that case we ensure appropriate safeguards under the GDPR. There is no automated decision-making or profiling.
4. Retention periods
- Data from orders and contracts is kept for the duration of the contract and the limitation periods; tax and accounting documents for the period required by law (tax documents 10 years).
- Data from inquiries that did not lead to a contract, including attached files, is kept for no more than 3 years from the last contact. Inquiries identified as spam are deleted earlier.
- Messages from the contact form are kept for as long as needed to deal with them and then for no more than 3 years.
- Data processed on the basis of consent is kept until consent is withdrawn.
5. Your rights
You have the right of access to your data, to rectification or erasure, to restriction of processing, to data portability, to object to processing based on legitimate interest (including direct marketing) and to withdraw your consent at any time. You can exercise your rights by e-mail to sadlik@play4kids.cz or at our registered office. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority – the Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů), Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, uoou.gov.cz.
6. Cookies
The website uses essential cookies for its operation (basket, inquiry, form protection) and analytics and marketing cookies only with your consent. Details are set out in our cookie policy; you can change your preferences at any time via “Cookie settings” in the website footer.
