Can I order online straight away?
Roundabouts and spring riders in stock can be ordered through the basket and paid by bank transfer with a QR code, in cash on collection or cash on delivery. We confirm the shipping price by e-mail before you pay. Other products and installation go into a free, no-obligation inquiry and we send you a quote.
Do you also handle installation and anchoring?
Yes. We arrange installation anywhere in the Czech Republic through a vetted installation company. Roundabouts are usually anchored with a ground anchor set in concrete, and spring riders are buried in the ground; we state the anchoring method for each product. The installation price is calculated in the quote based on distance and travel costs.
How much space do I need, and what is a safety zone?
Each item needs clear space around it, free of obstacles. We state its size for every product – the KL06 roundabout, for example, needs a circle 525 cm in diameter and the Dog spring rider an area of 300 × 300 cm.
Which surface should go under the playground?
For low equipment a well-kept lawn is enough. For higher free-fall heights we recommend sand, gravel or rubber tiles to EN 1177. We will advise based on the site and the height of the equipment.
How long does delivery take?
Roundabouts and spring riders in stock are usually dispatched within a few working days of order confirmation. Made-to-order products and larger sets are built according to workshop capacity – we confirm the exact date in the quote.
Are the products certified?
Most of our roundabouts and some of our spring riders are TÜV SÜD certified to EN 1176 – we state this in the specifications of each product. We include the certificates with the quote and in the documents for public tenders.
I am buying for a town or school – how does it work?
Send a free inquiry with the installation site. We prepare a quote with prices excluding VAT, addressed to your organisation, together with the documents your council, governing body or tender requires.
Do you deliver to Germany and Austria? What about prices in euros?
Yes, on request. Euro prices on the website are indicative; online orders are paid in Czech crowns. For Germany and Austria we prepare a quote in euros including delivery and installation. We speak Czech, German and English.
