Delivery and payment
Free collection in Bučovice, delivery within the Czech Republic with the price confirmed by e-mail, payment by bank transfer with QR code, in cash or cash on delivery.
Delivery
Collection in Bučovice (free of charge). You can collect the goods by arrangement at Slovenská 910, 685 01 Bučovice. We will confirm the date by e-mail or phone.
Delivery within the Czech Republic – price to be confirmed. We deliver with our own transport or by carrier to an address in the Czech Republic. Roundabouts and spring riders are bulky and heavy, so we calculate the shipping price for your delivery address and confirm it by e-mail. Until then, your order waits for price confirmation and you do not pay anything – we send the payment details together with the confirmed price.
For goods weighing more than 40 kg (roundabouts, spring riders), please arrange handling equipment or a second person for unloading.
Payment
- Bank transfer (QR payment) – pay by bank transfer or QR code, with the order number as the variable symbol. We dispatch the goods once the payment has been received.
- Cash on collection – pay when you collect the goods in Bučovice.
- Cash on delivery – pay the carrier when the goods are delivered.
All prices are in Czech crowns (CZK) including 21% VAT. Euro prices on the website are indicative only; online orders are paid in Czech crowns.
Where we deliver
We deliver online orders within the Czech Republic. Your billing address can also be in Slovakia. For deliveries to other countries (e.g. Germany, Austria), please send us a free inquiry and we will prepare a quote including delivery.
